We love our 4-legged residents! Our community gladly accepts cats and dogs. 2 pets per apartment are permitted, dogs must not exceed 100 lbs. at full-grown weight, and breed restrictions do apply, so be sure to check with us first. One-time Pet Fee is $300.00 (non-refundable), and pet owners will pay an additional $25.00 per month, per pet.
